Monday brought Chef Nick for a visit to "Got Dirt". He was so much fun and he cooks really well!

and then the best part was he COOKS such YUMMY food! After he left we got to make our fermented pickles that are so YUMMY they do not need to have any heat. The pickles use natural organisms to preserve the cucumbers for up to one year.
